Topping the table is the Hintertux Glacier that is open throughout the year with around half a metre of snow, whilst the Rettenbach and Tiefenbach glaciers at Solden, the Stubai Glacier and the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier have a small cover on top of the glacier ice. The Pitztal Glacier is open whilst the Kaunertal Glacier is opening as soon as the first snows of the winter season arrive.
