Lech am Arlberg – the prettiest resort in the Alps?

I try to make at least 2 or 3 trips to Lech each winter and am very familiar with the resort. Yet each time I go I am always captivated by the incredible atmosphere and charm of the place. The resort is immaculate with 5 star hotels on the banks of a wonderful river, all overlooked by a 14th century church. The scenery is exquisite and the snow is almost unbeatable in the Alps – but the appeal of Lech is about far more than that.
