If you are taking a group to a jaw-dropping destination, you can't have the meeting & seminar facilities pale in comparison. Rooms need to flexible to requirements & capacities and they must have excellent technical specifications.
Beyond that, meeting & seminar spaces need to stimulate and focus – they need to be out of the ordinary with excellent furnishings, remarkable architecture and ideally mesmerising vistas, beyond the windows.
MEETING & SEMINAR BASICS
Accommodation can often provide meeting spaces, whether dedicated conference suites or adapted spaces. Some clients require professional conference suites with full technical support, catering, break-out rooms and media capture. These spaces exist and can be extremely impressive. Other clients require less formal venues, some requiring quirky spaces to stimulate minds.
There are also Congress centres located outside of accommodation, which can offer dedicated meeting & seminar spaces for a variety of needs. These venues are resort-based and can accommodate large group and offer a degree of flexibility in terms of room capacities. Full technical and conference support is offered and accommodation can usually be arranged in close proximity to the venue.
MEETING & SEMINAR LOCATIONS
Dedicated conference facilities exist in the heart of many resorts across the Austrian Alps. Sölden, St Anton, Kitzbühel and Mayrhofen all have extensive Congress centres. One of our favourite large-scale meeting spaces is in Kaprun, with state of the art facilities, accommodation and one if the best spa complexes in Austria.
Smaller more intimate meeting facilities are available in resorts and on the mountains, offering wonderful spaces and excellent services, without necessarily the support offered by larger venues. Innsbruck has a myriad of meeting & seminar venues both across the city and in the towering peaks which fringe the city.
